There are a number of premature ejaculation exercises you can use to last longer during sexual intimacy. Here’s an important one:
First you need to exercise the muscle which controls your ejaculation. When you have control over this muscle then you can hold it in and prevent premature ejaculation from occurring.
The muscle is the same muscle you use when you control *********. To pinpoint this muscle, halt your ********* mid stream and feel the muscle that your using. This will be the same muscle you use to control premature ejaculation.
Once you identify this muscle, begin contracting it the same way you did when you controlled your ********* flow. At first you’ll have difficulty holding it in for even a few seconds, which will prove that you need to get more control over that muscle and be able to hold it in for much longer.
Practice repetitions, holding it in then releasing. Try to make it up to 10. Then 20.
Then practice holding the muscle in for as long as you can. Again try to work your way up to a 10 second hold, and then eventually a 20 second hold.
Finally, practice by becoming excited, either through ************ or the help of a partner, and when you sense premature ejaculation, then hold in the muscle. This will prevent premature ejaculation from occurring and allow you to continue to have *** for much, much longer.
There are other exercises and other techniques, which should be used to guarantee that you’ll be able to last as long as you want and no longer have to deal with premature ejaculation.
